This is not your average dance class! It has become a flourishing community of women who meet every week to move their bodies and connect. Usually we convene after class for a picnic lunch in a beautiful green space across the road from the dance studio. Feel free to try a one-off or book into a block of 5 classes for a discount (and access to class videos).
Classes are available on Zoom or live. We dance Afro-style to popular African music and occasionally perform for student events, Seniors week and at kindergartens. Open to absolute beginners. Join us!
